2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all competitions listed on the Promoter’s website at https://queenscompetitions.co.uk/ (the “Website”).

An entry fee is payable each time you enter via our online entry method (“Online Entry Route”), or you may enter for free via the postal entry method outlined in paragraph 3.9 below (“Postal Entry Route”). Each person who enters either via the Online Entry Route or the Postal Entry Route is an “Entrant” for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions.
3.1. The competition will run from the Published Date to the Closing Date specified on the Website or App. All times and dates referred to are in London, England.
3.2. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Closing Date due to circumstances beyond its control. Entrants will be notified by email of any changes.
3.3. All competition entries must be received by the Promoter no earlier than the Published Date and no later than the specified time on the Closing Date. Late entries will not be entered into the random draw.
3.4. To enter via the Online Entry Route: Visit the Website/App.View the competition question (if applicable).Select your answer and desired number of entries. Complete the checkout and payment process.
3.5. All entries must be submitted in English. Non-English entries will be disqualified.
3.6. Confirmation of entry and ticket number(s) will be sent to the email used during registration.
3.7. The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete or delayed entries due to technical issues.
3.8. By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.9. To enter via the Postal Entry Route:
• Send an unenclosed postcard to Queens Competitions, [Postal Entry Address].
• Include your full name, address, contact details, and chosen competition.
• Multiple entries must be sent separately.
4.1. Draw-Based Competitions: Winners are selected through a verifiably random draw process on the Draw Date.
4.2. Instant Win Competitions: Winning tickets are pre-selected randomly. Winners will be notified via email.
4.3. In the event of technical issues during a draw, the Promoter may re-run the draw.
5.1. Open to residents aged 18+ in countries where participation is legal, except for:
• Employees of the Promoter.
• Employees of agents or suppliers connected to the competition.
• Immediate family members of the above.
5.2. Entrants must provide proof of eligibility if requested.
5.3. Automatic, third-party, or incomplete entries are not accepted.

7.2. Winners will be contacted via phone or email. If unreachable within 21 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7.3. Major prize winners' names may be published unless the winner opts out.
8.1. Prizes must be claimed personally. Instructions for claiming will be provided.
8.2. Winners must notify the Promoter of any contact detail changes promptly.
8.3. Cash prizes will be transferred to the winner’s bank account.
